Guide to Deleting User Data

If you would like to request deletion of your account or personal data from Shipluon, please follow the guide below.

1. Method 1: Delete Account from the Shipluon App

You can delete your account and data directly from the Shipluon app by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the Shipluon app
  2. Go to the "Account" screen
  3. Tap the "Delete Account" button at the bottom of the screen
  4. Confirm deletion of your entire account and data in the popup
  5. Tap "Delete"

Data to Be Deleted:

  • Login information
  • Phone numbers
  • Store information
  • Store branch address

2. Method 2: Submit a Direct Request

You can also submit a data deletion request by contacting our support team via Facebook, hotline, or our public contact page.

3. Information to Provide

  • Full name or registered account username
  • Phone number or contact information used for the account
  • Clear description of your request to delete account or data
  • Additional information to help us verify your identity if needed

4. Processing Time

Upon receipt of a valid request, we will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Some data may be retained for a longer period if required by law or to address complaints, auditing, or fraud prevention.
